Ensure smooth daily operations of a wind power plant by minimizing downtime and maximizing availability and efficiency:

• Adhere rigorously to safety protocols, maintenance procedures, and OEM instructions for maintaining the 132KV substation and 22KV collection system.
• Follow PTW, LOTO, job safety analysis, and confined space procedures to ensure safety of personnel, equipment, and the plant.
• Possess expertise in high and medium voltage control systems, interpreting electrical drawings and schematics.
• Perform periodic and preventive maintenance of electrical systems, promptly troubleshooting as needed.
• Collaborate with control room operators to schedule and execute routine maintenance.
• Compile and maintain comprehensive maintenance reports from daily to annual intervals under site lead engineer supervision.
• Strategically plan daily maintenance activities for efficient resource utilization and maintain detailed records in the CMMS
