- Entering admitting notes on admission and then daily progressive notes.
- Taking complete history, doing examination and making initial plan and after discussion with consultant making final plan.
- If required admit patient after informing inpatient team.
- Catering emergency issues P1 to P5.
- Managing palliative care patients in collaboration with nurse and psychosocial team.
- Entering Labs and other investigations, follow labs and inform seniors.
- Making Discharge summary.
- Entering medication after consult with on call consultant.
- Entering Labs and other investigations follow labs and inform seniors.
