The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting the project manager and project team with project documentation and control, planning, and construction supervision efforts. In order to be successful, this candidate should feel comfortable taking on many tasks that require various skills and appropriately prioritizing those tasks’ completion.
Responsibilities
- Planning, monitoring, supervising, and reporting of on-site execution activities
- Formulation and submission of IPCs
- Getting review and subsequent approval from the Engineer/Client for all shop drawings and submittals.
- Inspecting the material and installation activities of subcontractors
- Coordinating with all stakeholders; both external and internal
- Planning and monitoring of procurement plans and managing supply chain
- Responsible for the effective completion of project within the timeline
- Maintaining and controlling of project scope and project schedule
- Effective management of subcontractors
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
- 7+ years of experience in MEP works execution on construction projects
