Job DescriptionAs the Procurement & Administration Lead, you will manage procurement and administrative functions to ensure smooth operations. Your role will focus on acquiring goods and services efficiently, managing vendor relationships, and supporting the bank’s growing needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement procurement strategies
- Identify and manage vendor relationships for cost-effective solutions
- Draft, review, and ensure compliance in procurement contracts
- Monitor budgets and explore cost-saving opportunities
- Oversee office infrastructure, supplies, and facilities
- Manage leases, service contracts, and maintenance
- Develop policies and procedures for smooth operations
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with internal teams for efficient support
- Plan scalable processes to support future growth
Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in procurement and administration (preferably in banking, fintech, or startups)
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
- Experience in budget management and cost control
- Proficiency in procurement software and office tools
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Certification in procurement or supply chain (e.g., CIPS, CPSM, or equivalent) is a plus
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills
