We are looking for an ambitious and result oriented Programmatic Specialist, at our Lahore office, to grow and strengthen our business. The goal is to drive sustainable growth through implementing strategies, analysing customer data, and forging strong campaign results.
The Programmatic Specialist reports to the Chief Executive Officer and is one of the key roles as it is the brain behind campaign management. With an extremely ambitious plan to conquer International market, this position has a vital role in managing and developing strategies for offshore brands.
Primary Responsibilities
· Understand user persona, search intent and how people search for our clients offerings.
· Establish delivery and performance benchmarks for client’s categorical campaigns. Have the capability and experience to source this data from 3P networks and client’s own historic 1P performance data.
· Liaising with the partnered commercial team and preferred ad networks, mobile ad networks, and affiliate networks to figure best performance solutions.
· Strategize with the performance manager and set monthly programmatic performance goals in line with client’s marketing objectives. This includes the proposal of ad format solutions, conversion funnel optimization, and network buying solutions.
· Jointly present programmatic approach & solutions to client monthly. This requires constant assessment of performance and turning data & insights into action (such as Audience Building).
· Recommend ideal creative ad formats to client as per campaign objective– video, rich media, native, standard banners, programmatic TV, programmatic audio.
· Constantly build and check brand-safe and premium sitelists and mobile applists for client’s categorical campaigns across the regional markets.
· Working through leading DSPs and Ad Exchanges to achieve multiple KPIs – Awareness, Views, Traffic, Leads, and Conversion Actions (App Installs).
· Buying high-quality, brand-safe premium inventory through ad networks and ad exchanges.
· Unlocking and proposing buying deals on the open exchange, private auctions, and preferred deals. This will require close alignment with the buying team in Dubai.
· Using DSP optimizations through self-serve platforms.
· Leading and guiding optimizations for managed service DSP providers.
· Ensuring delivery of required inventory volumes and ad spends to achieve the campaign pacing.
· Delivering top performance scores on CPM, CPC, CPL and CPA buying targets and objectives.
Requirements
· Minimum Graduate from a reputable institution.
· Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
· 3-4 Years of proven experience in the same field.
· Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, buyer’s journey and customer acquisition.
· Experience with DV360, The Trade Desk, Adform, Inmobi, Ad Colony, Google Ad Exchange, AppNexus (Xandr)
· Creative, analytical, solution-oriented with strong internal personal skills.
