What is Project Management Executive- MMBL?

The Project Management Executive is responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of projects across all phases of the project lifecycle — initiation, planning, execution, and closure. The role ensures timely, cost-effective, and quality delivery of projects while maintaining effective communication with stakeholders and managing risks and resources proactively.

What Project Management Executive – MMBL does?

Project Planning and Execution:

• Define project scope, deliverables, and detailed work plans.
• Create project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation schedules.
• Utilize project management tools and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) for execution and tracking.

Monitoring and Risk Management:

• Track project progress and performance against set goals and KPIs.
• Identify potential issues and proactively implement corrective actions.
• Manage risk through continuous analysis and mitigation strategies.

Stakeholder Engagement:

• Maintain regular communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Address concerns, manage expectations, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Prepare and deliver project status reports, presentations, and updates.

Documentation and Compliance:

• Ensure project documentation is complete, accurate, and up to date.
• Adhere to organizational policies, standards, and compliance requirements.

What are we looking for and what does it require to be Project Management Executive – MMBL?

Experience:

• Minimum 1.5 years of relevant project management experience in a technology-driven environment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional projects from initiation to closure.

Educational Background:

• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Project Management Certification (PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum) is preferred.
