The ideal candidate is a motivated, organized, and creative individual who welcomes the challenges of acquiring and developing new business through sales efforts. You will build key customer relationships, identify business opportunities, and close business deals while maintaining an extensive knowledge of current market conditions. The candidate with a strong understanding, and knowledge in Web Graphic Design, and Development fields will be preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Cultivate strong business relationships with key decision makers
- Proactively identify new opportunities and deliver innovative solutions to customers
- Develop market strategies by researching lists of high potential prospects
- Be a strong negotiator and use effective persuasion techniques to achieve studio objectives
- Create innovative and exciting marketing campaigns to drive leads and sales
- Identify, understand & define customer needs, objectives & business requirements
- Establish new, and maintain long-term relationships
- Maintain an agreed monthly sales revenue target
- Report performance, and manage the record
Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of Advertising and IT Business i.e. Web Design, Development, and Branding will be a plus
- A proven track record for converting leads into paying clients/customers
- Go-get and ready to take the responsibility of the team in desired situations as per directions
- Interpersonal skills and a positive mindset are a must
- Self-Motivated, Enthusiastic and committed to learning and growing
NOTE: This is not a full-time salaried job but a freelance commission on sale only. A person with experience in Freelancing platforms (Fiverr, Freelancer, Upwork, etc) will be preferred.
