Senior Graphic Web Designer

We are looking for an organized, talented and passionate Sr. Web Designer to join our growing team. This individual will be responsible for leading creative execution and output for the website as well as other digital channels such as email and social. The ideal candidate will have an exceptional professional background creating digital assets for b2b companies in support of the omnichannel business.

Job Functions

• Concept, design, and execute an array of industry-leading digital assets including but not limited to landing pages, homepages, email and social
• Ensure brand consistency and provide brand oversight across digital marketing materials in across channels
• Maintain a continual awareness for innovative trends in photography and digital design and usability and find creative ways in which to incorporate appropriate content into our brand.
• Be driven to deliver the greatest impact for the customer with the goal of brand building and revenue growth in mind

Requirements

• 5+ years of Web / Internet / Digital design / UX, preferably in e-commerce
• Storyboarding and wireframing experience
• A solid understanding of site functionality, architecture, intuitive user interfaces, and navigation
• Strong attention to detail with an eye for detail, typography, imagery and color
• Team player with roll up your sleeves and get it done mentality that focuses on results
• Ability to execute on quick-turn project deadlines, while working both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced daily turnaround environment
• Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
• Able to solve complex problems and successfully manage ambiguity and unexpected change
• Expert knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Illustrator & Photoshop.
