Senior Key Account Manager – Enterprise Sales

Job Purpose

To ensure Business Development by using the consultative approach to provide customized communication solutions in Corporate Sector and to enhance revenue of the company. This position will directly be interacting with CNC, Customer Services , Finance, Technical and Corporate Customers.

Responsibilities

  • Ensuring Revenue Achievement through individual contribution through Voice sales. Incumbent should focus on company`s sales strategy ensuring customer satisfaction as an ultimate result.
  • Take lead in Revenue Achievement by individual KAM through Business solutions ( Products / Projects & VAS ). Coming up with out of the box solutions for corporate clients which can help business and client both to achieve win-win situation.
  • To ensure that incumbent has developed active Sales Funnel and pipelining for accounts. In addition focus on New Accounts Addition for the business and also to probe ne strategies for prospect management. Ensuing periodic visit to customers keeping good customer relationship management under consideration.
  • Ensuring the customer(s) confidentiality a prime responsibility. Ensuring code of Conduct, Discipline / Punctuality / Ethics / Mis commitments while having business with corporate clients. Showing empathy to client to run business and serve customers beyond the call of duty.

Education

Minimum Bachelor’s degree but preferably Masters in Business Administration or related field from a reputable university.

Experience

2 years of relevant experience in Corporate selling and understanding of Telco.
