As a Social Media Executive at GoZayaan Pakistan, you will manage all customer queries and comments on various social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and TikTok. You will be the frontline communicator, ensuring precise and timely responses to customer inquiries and providing exceptional customer service. Additionally, you will play a vital role in learning about GoZayaan’s services and effectively communicating these to customers. This position requires coordination with internal teams, including operations, supply, and customer experience, to ensure proper handling of complaints and queries.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and respond to customer queries and comments on social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and TikTok.
- Gain a deep understanding of GoZayaan’s services and effectively communicate these to customers, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
- Utilize HubSpot to create deals and contacts for all qualified leads generated through social media queries, ensuring effective lead management and follow-up.
- Familiarize yourself with GoZayaan’s brand identity, brand values, and persona to make sure that the brand is consistent across all social media interactions.
- Contribute to marketing plans, ideas, and brainstorming sessions, providing valuable insights and suggestions for social media campaigns and initiatives.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including operations, supply, and customer experience, to address and resolve customer complaints and queries promptly and efficiently.
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends, best practices, and industry developments to continuously improve social media strategies and tactics.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing social media platforms and handling customer inquiries and comments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Urdu, with the ability to craft engaging and informative responses.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and TikTok, and their respective best practices.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools, such as HubSpot, for lead management and tracking.
- Creative thinking and the ability to contribute innovative ideas for social media campaigns.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
