Our Exciting Opportunity

We are now looking for a Second Level Operations Specialist that will be responsible for the coordination, management, execution and reactive/proactive maintenance activities that require a higher level of support than offered by the 1st level Operations. This person shall ensure that the services provided to customers are continuously available and performing to Service Level Agreement (SLA) performance levels.

You will

  • Help with Assurance support activities
  • Handle incident management
  • Assist with Problem and Change-Management
  • Perform system administration & Optimizations
  • Work with IT operations

To be successful in the role you must have

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in (IT, Telecom, CS)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience
  • Good knowledge of Operations, Linux, SQL and API
  • Proficiency level of English.

Additional Requirements:

  • Knowledge of Managed Service telecom operations practice
  • Alert & Monitoring, Scripting
  • Knowledge-sharing and collaboration skills
  • Knowledge of Mobile Application Design using Microservices
  • Experience on DevOps
  • Relational, NoSQL and In-Memory Databases
  • Customer Facing IT Applications Architecture
  • Good to have experience in API Gateway, RPA & Chatbot
  • Delivering results & meeting customer expectations
  • Basic level Load balancing, Infra and Network knowledge
  • Analyzing & Troubleshooting, investigate complex issues and provide with root cause analysis
  • Working with people, stakeholder management
  • Crafting & innovating
  • Applying expertise & technology
