You will be given opportunities to present (speak) at our TekSummits, which generate sales leads for you, and enhance your professional profile,

You will be given opportunities to chair panels with independent panelists or with our corporate partners at TekSummits, which generate sales leads for you, and enhance your professional profile,

You will lead a team of assistants (1) to contact and promote to potential customers, (2) to develop partnerships with other synergistic companies within the area of your focus to greatly help your sales, and (3) to help you perform the above tasks, write blogs, white papers, how-to, and other promotional materials.

Our powerful marketing system shall promote your presentations, panel discussions, blogs, white papers, how-to, partnering companies, etc to help you generate sales leads. In addition to regular promotional activities, you may be included in our press release and media interview programs.

You will also be given with sales inquiries we receive from our websites and offices.

Compensations

For candidates living in India, the compensation shall be

               A base of 8,000 Indian Rupees per month (such base has two parts: a fixed amount of 4,000 Rupees per month + a performance based bonus of 4,000 Indian Rupees) + a sales commission being 15% of the gross profits of the sales you have closed, where the bonus is given according to your performance.

The sales commission rate is very attractive. If you are a good salesperson and you put full-time efforts into this job, you can expect to generate an income of at least USD$1,000 (one thousand US dollars) per month.

For the candidates who live in Bangladesh, the base pay numbers are the same as above but with the currency being Taka.

For the candidates who live in Pakistan, the base pay numbers are the same as above but with the currency being Pakistani Rupees.

Product Pricing

Prices are determined and quoted by you, based on such information from our company as costs charged by our suppliers and shippers and pricing guidelines.

Work Platform

You will work with the rest of our global virtual team on bitrix24.com. It is a cloud based platform with team collaboration and CRM functions.

Communications

Internal communications are principally done on Bitrix24.

CRM

All customer info such as sales leads, sales contacts, deals in negotiation and closed deals is put into the CRM function of Bitrix24. However, for your own sales contacts, you can choose whether or not you want to put them in our CRM.

That is great! We need people who can manage. However, we would like to see that you are able to close deals although we do understand best sales manager are not necessarily the best sales performers.
