Emergitel is looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter responsible to oversee the complete hiring of our clients in North America.

The respective individual will be working with offshore team from 06:00pm to 02:00am Pakistan Time.

Job Description
Managing end to end recruitment cycle for International hiring demand.
Sourcing candidates through various job-boards like Indeed, LinkedIn, , Monster etc.
CV shortlisting, interview scheduling, communication management, and liaison with candidates and interviewers
Managing communication at all stages of the employment process, from initial screening to acceptance of an offer.
By building and maintaining a healthy applicant pipeline, you can always be on the lookout for truly talented people.

Requirements
Bachelors.
1+ years of relevant recruitment experience, ideally in the I.T. business or for offshore firms.
Working with candidates from the United States or North America would be a big plus.
The candidate must be well-versed in the recruitment process. We refer to the entire recruiting cycle as sourcing, screening, interviewing, analysing, and negotiating remuneration.
Multitasking and a can-do attitude with strong work ethics.
Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
