- Deliver Training’s to BDA/BDE CPML, Acquisition /Sales & Affiliates (Primary & Secondary)
- To follow training calendar and deliver assigned sessions as per plan of new hire batch
- To maintain & up to date Yearly Training calendars
- Ensure to update the Training Content on quarterly basis along with the implementation
- Translating requirements into training’s that will groom employees for the next step of their career path.
- Work as a communication channel between senior Manager & Associate T&D
- Taking Training Feedback and content Feedback at the end of every session
- Ensure exhibition of organization values & integrity
- Conducting Assessment Centers for the new hire
- Maintain monthly departmental report.
Qualification: Minimum Bachelors
Experience: 2-3 years
Skills: Energetic, Presentable and content oriented, positive attitude, excellent communication skills both written and verbal in English & Urdu
