We are currently seeking ambitious and dynmic Qatari nationals to join our Markets & Securities Services – Client Services team, working together with colleagues to define, manage and achieve divisional business targets.
In this role, you will:
- Prepare the documents as per the checklist for QCSD account opening and ensure the QCSD NIN applicable form for account opening is complete.
- Coordinate with the depository to ensure the account is opened within the time lines.
- Keep the CS teams informed of any challenges additional requirements communicated by the depository
- Prepare document check list and new file for the new client and update existing file for name change cases
- Take a print out of the account details from QCSD terminal. Check if the account details are correct
- If correct, prepare the cover sheet for HSSO, scan cover sheet, account opening SWIFT, QCSD statement and POA and send the same to HSSO via. GWIS and send email confirmation.
- Ensure the document pack for the name change request is complete as per the depository requirement.
- Keep the CS teams informed of any challenges additional requirements communicated by the depository
- Prepare document check list and update existing file for name change cases
- File all documents in client file. Print label and Scan POA. Hyperlink the POA in A/C opening tracker and accordingly assign filing reference hold file in record room.
