Requirements:

Diploma or degree in Computer Science, Any degree with IT Specialization, 2-3 years of experience in managing IT Helpdesk Operations

Responsibilities:

Resolve L1support incidents and manage IT Helpdesk

Work with support teams to resolve complex incidents,

Monitoring and troubleshooting desktops and IT systems

Basic knowledge of ORACLE ERP or any ERP
