SOLUTIONS SALES SPECIALIST- CYBER SECURITY – JAS Business Systems – Doha

Position Description

A solution sales role responsible for delivering pre-sales and solution architect requirements in new business growth across segments, including but not limited to engaging with customers to understand their Cyber Security requirements in detail, to present suitable solutions and services, to provide thought leadership, to establish suitable solution architectures, and to respond to customer requirements in the form of quotation and proposals (includes tender responses).

Responsible for securing business for accounts that require all the Cyber security Services like: Managed Security Services, Vulnerability Assessments, Intrusion Prevention Systems, Penetration Testing, Internet Traffic Protection Systems, Antivirus Enterprise Systems, Security Event Monitoring Systems, Identity & Access Management Systems, Protected Remote Access, Cyber Risk Assessments, Red Team Assessments, Firewall Assessments etc.

Requirements:

  • Education- Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related disciplines in security information is an added advantage

  • Must have industry-acknowledged information security or Cyber Security certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CISM, CRISC, SABSA, TOGAF

  • Exposure to IT and Cyber Security industry frameworks or standards such as ISO2700x, NIST, CIS, PCI DSS, SOX and COBIT

  • Minimum 4 to 6 years’ experience in technical Cyber Security as pre-sales engineer / solutions architect

  • Experience in Cyber Security pre-sales and preparing proposals to customers

Responsibilities and Job Role:

  • Ensure that customer requirements are understood, detailed solutions are designed and responses are prepared

  • Understand and apply Cyber Security industry best practices, as well as related methodologies and processes that are needed in support

  • Speak to or recommend solutions and services in line to customer requirements

  • Provide input and design technical architectures to address RFI/RFP and tender requirements

  • Recommend appropriate architecture standards and implementation of technical Cyber Security solutions.

  • Be a team player by adapting to the best practices and the company culture.

  • Attending initial sales meetings and meeting the client

  • Responsible for areas like implementation, training and aftercare support.

  • Ensuring clean handoff from pre-sales to appropriate service delivery resources

  • Working within JAS Business Systems guidelines to negotiate appropriate pricing, service level, and legal terms with customers

  • Complying with JAS Business Systems standards and policies related to documentation, reporting, travel, and related administrative activities
