CORNFELD supports a globally leading industrial group in the search and selection of the HR Business Partner for its growing Operation in Arad, Romania.

Tasks

Organisational design and development

You advise and coach the management of the business unit assigned to you with about 200 employees and represent HR on this level. For the further development/transformation of the organisational structures, you will act as a competent, strategic partner and change agent and apply best practice methods.

Performance and talent management

You design solid solutions to HR-relevant issues as well as internal company initiatives and implement them successfully. You establish an efficient performance and talent management system that rewards strong performance and promotes talent. You support the management in the implementation of forward-looking succession and talent management plans.

Engagement and leadership development

You will develop and maintain supportive working relationships with managers and employees and foster a vital, productive and appreciative culture. You support leaders in improving performance and empower them to behave and make decisions in line with the company’s values.

Requirements

Was Sie mitbringen

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
• 5-8 years of relevant experience in strategic/operational HR consulting, coaching and mentoring management level stakeholders and implementing HR initiatives
• Experience in change management and organisational development
• Strong empathy and perceptiveness with a winning personality, pragmatic and hands-on to things outside of the traditional area of responsibility
• Very good English skills (C1), other language skills are an advantage
• Familiar with modern HR working methods, processes and tools
