Supply Chain Analyst Systems & Processes CSC – TSR – Continental AG

Tasks

  • Development & introduction of new processes & tools for SCM according state of the art in the global environment;
  • Conception, coordination, introduction, and optimization of SCM processes and systems worldwide with the target of standardization, improvement of process efficiency, inventories, and logistic costs;
  • Analysis & development of concepts based on latest requirements or new developments of SAP and other IT tools;
  • Coaching and training of key and end users in SCM;
  • SCM assessments;
  • Support in the bottleneck and allocation management in case of shortages;
  • Creation of reporting’s and big data analysis for the SCM community;
  • Interdisciplinary collaboration with other departments;
  • Conception, organization, and moderation of workshops;
  • Creation and analysis of reports, KPI’s and processes;
  • Creation and update of user documentation for SAP and other IT tools and connected SCM processes.


    Qualifications

  • academic degree in (economic) engineering, economics with focus on logistics / SCM ;
  • minimum 5 years professional experience in SCM;
  • experience in international project management;
  • expert in SCM processes (plan, source, make, deliver, enable) in the automotive environment;
  • expert in SAP R/3 (MM, WM, PP, SD), SAP APO, SAP Business Warehouse;
  • very good expertise in analytics and conception of presentations;
  • experience in data reporting and analysis tools (e.g KNIME, PowerBI);
  • very good knowledge in MS Office, especially MS Excel, Power Point & Outlook;
  • basic knowledge in VBA programming;
  • experience in lean methodologies such as Problem Solving, Process & Value Stream Mapping;
  • self-reliant and structured working method;
  • intercultural competency, assertiveness, negotiation skills;
  • willingness to travel.
