CNC OPERATOR – Schlumberger

Prepare the half-finished good for the machining operation;

Run the CNC program, according to the operating instruction and technical specifications;

Perform the measurement and checking of the machined components, using measurement tools, according with requirements and technical specifications;

Notify immediately the Team Leader or Production Supervisor when identify technical problems in CNC machine running/ operating;

Ensure the traceability of the executed components and operations by filling in the machining list and by introducing the required data in SAP MII and MTM (Machine Tool Monitoring);

Load and handle the components in a safe way using the proper lifting/ transportation equipments

Minimum Job Qualifications

Education: Technical High/ Professional School Degree, preferable in Machining/ Mechanical field

Certificates: NA

Authorizations: Crane Operator “E” category

Registrations: NA

Minimum necessary experience: 6 months

Romanian language fluent
