Would you like to join an International IT Shared Service Center that delivers first class applications for our businesses and clients around the world? We are looking for a Client Success Manager to join our fast growing team.

You will animate the relations between the clients and the CET, highlights the dysfunctions and proposes improvements to the actors.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Analysis and control of the quality of service
• Follow-up for the contractual relationship
• Management of the „customer” problem
• Client information

Main activities:

• Informs and advises clients on CET services;
• Prepares and leads the Client Committees;
• Organizes ad hoc client visits;
• Controls the information flow to and from the clients as Single Point Of Contact;
• Measures the key performance indicators related to CET quality of service;
• Prepares the annual Client Satisfaction Survey;
• Analyzes deviations from commitments (including costs and performance), prepares and follows-up the corrective action plan to improve the quality;
• Is aware about services agreement (contracts);
• Monitors the SLA;
• Prepares / alerts for updates;
• Supports the client issues to its resolution.

REQUIRED COMPETENCIES:

• Previous experience in technical area – at least 3 years ( project manager or delivery manager or relationship manager);
• Organized, Rigorous and Precise;
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
• Practice active listening;
• Mandatory language: English – advanced level (written/spoken);
• Nice to have language: French is a plus;
• Ability to rapidly acquire new functional or technical areas.
