Some of your responsibilities would be:
- Manage existing clients portfolio;
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by spending time close to them, understanding their needs and identifying business opportunities;
- Achieve revenue growth by overseeing the complete sales-implementation cycle for the allocated accounts;
- Coach, advise and work closely with the implementation, product, postimplementation & support teams;
- Maintain an excellent level of knowledge within the allocated industries â functional processes and best practices.
