Would you like to join an International IT Shared Service Center that delivers first class applications for our businesses and clients around the world? We are looking for an Data Engineer and CDO to join our fast growing team.

Key Responsibilities

Your role is to provide support to all department regarding the automation of identified activities.

• Analyze, understand and rationalize data flows between all areas of the organization
• Propose solutions to automate manual activities
• Analyze the feasibility of integration of data flows between different applications
• implement CET data repository
• Implement data management tools recommended by the Group
• Integrate different data sources by using API’s, ETL’s or files, according to the rules established by the group
• Automate the creation of dashboards and presentations, eliminating or reducing as much as possible manual intervention in files
• Support all areas in CET to automate their process and integrate their data

Act as Chief Data Officer for CET

• Support IT and Procurement during the validation of contracts with outsourced providers, regarding data integration, exchange and protection
• Analyze the confidentiality of the data exchanged between areas and providers to ensure the compliance with GDPR
• Ensure all data in CET is correct managed, by assigning owners and responsible for each data flow
• Ensure CET data dictionary is published, updated and disclosed for all organization
• Support the organization of procedures and committees for GDPR topics
• Ensure CET adherence to group’s GDPR framework

Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Data Analysis
• 6 months of experience in an IT shared Service center from with BNP Paribas

Technical skills:

• Experience in implementing process from scratch

• Knowledge in data management tools

• Experience in data flow management, data flow analysis
