Junior Consolidation Accountant – Worldline – București

Your day-to-day responsibilities include

• Responsible for the development of first-class financial accounting and external reporting service in line with strategic business objectives and changes to the financial and regulatory reporting frameworks
• Drive best-in-class external reporting agenda and ensure our publications apply the relevant financial (and regulatory) reporting guidance and meet our customer and other stakeholder needs
• Assist in the production of timely and accurate interim and annual consolidated financial statements (including being a key liaison for our external auditors), along with relevant supporting papers for the Audit Committee and Board
• Build strong relationships with the team, counterparts at subsidiary companies within the group, peers, our external auditors, and other 3rd parties with whom we conduct business
• Support to country reporting officers in the different reporting processes
• Effectively manage the preparation and reporting of consolidation and financial statements
• Manage and prepare management and management reporting and presentations as well as information needed for Corporate exercise

Skills we can’t do without:

• 1 year of professional experience in Finance (Consolidation is a plus)
• Your English is at very good level and you have good skills in French (preferred)
• Rigorous, persistent, autonomous and curious
• Strong Excel skills (database, macro, pivot table, vlookup etc..)
• You possess analytical and problem solving skills
