Our Exciting Opportunity

As a Dev-Ops Engineer, you will operate, maintain, and configure the IT systems.

It is required to have a good level of understanding and experience of Linux servers & environments, networking, and databases. Needs to understand how to use certain technologies, follow the guidelines & be able to resolve issues quickly or collate detailed information and in-depth investigation before raising to other teams or relevant partners.

You will:

• Operational Onboarding & Process fine-tuning
• Responsible of the overall customer setup and testing

• Create initial users for Customer Portal;
• Create users and API keys for integration purposes
• Setup payments integration
• Ingest test assets/channels or assets bulk ingest at customer request
• Any other configurations/integrations/deployments that might be needed

• Create operational documentation
• Prepare architecture/documentation for custom onboardings

To be successful in the role you must have:

• Technical skills on Video , OTT & IT Domain

• Streaming & DRM Technologies
• CI/CD Pipelines understanding Adept with DevOps tools including – JIRA, Confluence, GIT, Ansible, Terraform, Cloud Formation, Jenkins
• Infrastructure knowledge

• Linux
• Basic Networking
• Public Cloud services (Azure, AWS)
• Containers and Container Orchestration

• REST API understanding and hands-on experience
• Scripting (Bash, Python)
• Troubleshooting
