Our Exciting Opportunity

We are looking for an Engineer with strong background in Media Solutions design and implementation (on Public Cloud infrastructure) together with good consultative skills and customer facing experience.

The role will focus on the onboarding of new customers on our Managed OTT media solution and their successful transition into business as usual operations scenario. A lot of interactions with Customers, Project Teams, Product Owners, Development and DevOps Teams are to be expected.


You will:

  • Requirement gathering and assessment of technical options to fulfill those requirements
  • Do technical presentations and workshops for the customer
  • Collaboration with Dev Team to create tailored solution in case of high value customers
  • Operational Onboarding & Process fine-tuning
  • Responsible for the overall customer setup and testing
  • Create operational documentation
  • Prepare architecture/documentation for custom onboarding


To be successful in the role you must have:

  • Technical skills on Video, OTT & IT Domain such as:
  • Streaming & DRM Technologies
  • CI/CD Pipelines understanding
  • Adept with DevOps tools including – JIRA, Confluence, GIT, Ansible, Terraform, Cloud Formation, Jenkins
  • Infrastructure knowledge
  • Linux
  • Basic Networking
  • Public Cloud services (Azure, AWS)
  • Containers and Container Orchestration
  • REST API understanding and hands-on experience
  • Scripting (Bash, Python)
  • Troubleshooting
