BCIC Swiss is looking for Level 2 Network Support Engineer in Romania.

We are Switzerland based IT company who work, support and offer IT service / Resources globally.

Now we need a Level 2 Network Support Engineer in Orăștie 335700 , Romania for Full-time position.

Tasks

  • Update and Record of activities in relevant IT Ticket Management System, Coordinating and agreeing attendance time and date with key stakeholders.
  • Effectively and accurately communicate relevant project information to the team.
  • Ticket SLAs and KPIs are achieved. Implement policies, procedures and materials to assure compliance
  • Carry all necessary tools, laptops etc. which might be needed to support issues in the infrastructure environment
  • Provide support either through phone, remote tools, or in person at onsite
  • Perform installation as needed either through physical or network medium

Requirements

  • Need to have valid work permit.
  • Need to have fluency in Local Language & English.
  • Good knowledge about computers/IT
  • Couple of years of experience on related field
  • world leading company and good / friendly environment.
  • 1 year project with possible extends
