Senior Application Manager (f/m/d) R2O indirect material – Siemens Energy

• Completed studies in computer science/ IT, economics, or a comparable education with many years of corresponding professional experience
• Longstanding professional experience in the area of SCM/Procurement and Consulting or IT
• Long-term experience to work in a group company and in leading worldwide user groups
• Success as project lead by implementing procurement software and experience as strategic buyer
• Outstanding project management skills and knowledge of agile approaches
• Expert experience of defining SCM processes for indirect ordering material and ability to transfer these processes into standard applications
• Expert knowledge of SAP, ordering indirect material SCM processes as well as visualization skills
• Very good knowledge in SCRUM, SAP Ariba, SAP S/4; SAP ECC, MyMall and Reporting tools (BI, Qlik.)
• Knowledge of process modelling and project management methods
• Expert knowledge as application owner of SCM applications
• Excellent English and German communication skills and the willingness to travel
• Analytical, pragmatic, and enthusiastic individual and ability to work independently, have a strong sense of responsibility and confident appearance

• Responsibility for the continuous improvement, rollout, and operation of applications in the portfolio
• Motivating, mentoring, and empowerment of functional and direct project team members
• Exhibit an entrepreneurial mindset bringing passion and drive to the work while promoting and celebrating the achievements of the team
• Drive optimization and digitalization of End2End SCM processes
• Identify promising process and application opportunities to leverage them to create value for your stakeholders.
• Build and lead a global SCM project team and network community to optimize and harmonize strategic SE SCM processes
• Link between Siemens Energy Business and Siemens Energy IT in order to ensure customer centric, value driven solutions
• Ensure an active stakeholder management and represent Siemens Energy Procurement in all regards of indirect material procurement processes internally and externally
