Senior Data Content Expert (f/m/d) – Siemens Energy

• (Preferred) Master’s degree in business informatics, information technology, business administration or equal, ideally with certificate in project management
• 5+ years of professional working experience in operations of global tools with large number of interfaces
• 3+ years of professional working experience in Procurement and Controlling on corporate level
• 2+ years of experience with SAP FI and MM table structures and their application in the SAP
• Experience with Data analytics and Databases and coding of SQL queries and stored Procedures
• Experience with cloud-based database solutions and BI tools (e.g., Qlik, Power BI) and an understanding of data structures, data modeling and software architecture
• Ability to interact with and communicate on executive level
• Diligent and accurate working style aiming for high data quality and strong analytical skills with problem-solving skills
• Strong resilience while working under time pressure
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, German is a plus
• Organized, ability to work independent and within a team to achieve given objectives
• Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively to drive results
• Strong resilience while working under time pressure
• 10 – 20% business travel (international & domestic) and international working experience preferred

• Key contact for the business users of the central procurement application ‘SCM CORE’ and responsibility for all procurement related data content
• Ensure the data quality including maintenance of master data, customizing and correct data selection criteria a as well as correction and enrichment of transmitted data
• Assignment of profit centers for correct PVO allocation (based on input from Data Content Accountable (DCA) for respective organizational unit)
• Support correct ESN coding for correct workstream and commodity allocation
• Correction & enrichment of transmitted data to ensure high quality data
• Ensure correctness of customized GPDI interfaces
• Support rollout of new GPDI versions within 6 weeks
• Monitoring of the accuracy of the related master data (e.g., Org-ID, ARE)
• Check compliance regarding data quality requirements monthly
• Clarification of Business requests especially from PCR and BU management
• 3rd level support for business requests, ensuring clarification of bugs / inconsistencies – especially related to data content
• Analysis of errors or inconsistencies in data
• Preparation of FY change activities and monthly reporting
