- Successfully completed studies in computer science/ IT, economics or a comparable education with 10+ years of corresponding professional experience
- 10+ years of professional experience in the area of SCM/Procurement and Consulting or IT
- World-class project management skills and knowledge of agile approaches
- Senior expert who defines landscapes and know how to transfer them into the organization
- Expert knowledge of SAP Ariba, S/4, ECC, landscapes as well as visualization skills
- Application of process modelling and project management methods
- Knowledge of setup hotlines and monitor their performance
- Excellent English and German communication skills
- Analytical, pragmatic, and enthusiastic individual and ability to work independently with have a strong sense of responsibility and confident appearance
- 10 â 20% business travel (international & domestic)
Your responsibilities
- Define and develop Procurement Process and -application landscape
- Driving the optimization and digitalization of E2E processes and optimizing the interaction of applications
- Setup support functions and monitor them
- Motivation, mentoring, and empowerment of the functional and direct project team members
- Exhibit an entrepreneurial mindset bringing passion and drive to the work while promoting and celebrating the achievements of projects
- Effort to identify promising processes and possible applications
- Optimize âGuardrailsâ for procurement processes and applications and implement them in the procurement community
- Link between Siemens Energy Business and Siemens Energy IT to ensure an efficient landscape
- Pioneer new technologies, processes, and methods for our landscape
