Sitecore Front-end developer – Relation1

We are looking for an experienced Sitecore Frontend Developer to be responsible for front-end development for the company website and related web properties and provide support on back-end activities.

Responsibilities:

• Build, validate and maintain web page templates from supplied design or wireframe layouts using clean, lightweight, semantic code that adheres to current Web Standards
• Write HTML and CSS that is consistent across all browsers and platforms
• Support and enforce best practices for content layout, navigation and site architecture
• Work closely with the back-end developer and assist with coding and troubleshooting
• Keep up to date with the latest web technologies in the fields of web design, usability and mobile
• Develop expert level knowledge about web & mobile front-end development standards and platforms, performance and user experience & share it with the team
• Staying on top of current front-end best practices
• Build reusable code and libraries for future use
• Provide website maintenance and enhancements
• Provide support on backend activities
• Supporting the editorial team with creating pages
• Apply Search Engine Optimization techniques
• Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders
• Support with other web related duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum 3-4 years of Sitecore front-end experience
• Familiarity with Sitecore Experience Editor and Sitecore component management
• Experience in Front-end Development (HTML/CSS/Javascript)
• Working knowledge of responsive design
• Web standards based template production in a fast-paced environment
• Cross-browser compatibility
• Fluency in English
