Imagination Technologies operates a hybrid working model globally that allows our employees to split their time between attending the workplace and working remotely.
What you’ll be doing
You will provide a first class candidate experience that engages, impresses and represents our company values and employer brand. You will help to shape our recruitment approach and challenge traditional thinking. You’ll belong to the team that gives people the chance to forge the future of tech.
You will:
- Identify and attract best in class technical talent globally for Imagination Technologies
- Drive a high-touch interview process, providing a best-in-class candidate experience throughout
- Write job descriptions
- Pre-screening candidates ensuring they are suitable for the business
- Conduct HR interviews and providing feedback
- Organising travel arrangements for candidates (booking flights, hotels, car rides)
- Provide Interview and contract support to a busy Talent Acquisition team
- Support visa application process
- Schedule a high volume of interviews across multiple time zones globally
- Onboarding – provide a smooth and engaging candidate experience
- Lead on continuous improvement initiatives
Who you are
Committed to making your customers, stakeholders and colleagues successful, you’re an excellent communicator, listener and collaborator who builds trusted partnerships by delivering what you say, when you say. You’re curious, solutions orientated and a world-class problem solver who constantly seeks opportunities to innovate and achieve the best possible outcome to the highest imaginable standard.
You have;
- Demonstrable experience in a similar recruitment role ideally with an international remit
- The ability to engage with candidates from multiple global markets to make them feel welcome, confident and at ease
- A positive, can do, make it happen attitude that inspires a likeminded team
- Project management experience, providing effective operational, resource and project management of vacancies, ensuring good practice and process is followed.
- A history of delivering a best-in-class hiring experience for both candidates and internal stakeholders.
- The ability to coach and support managers through recruitment activities and interviewing best practice.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise effectively.
- Data & analytics experience; able to make informed decisions and influence key business heads with a data led approach.
