Our Exciting Opportunity!

We are now looking for a Tax Manager for Poland, to ensure tax legislation, mitigate tax risks, provide expert tax advice and to ensure high quality in tax accounting and reporting.

You will

• Support the business operation units by providing advice on different tax areas (i.e., corporate income tax, VAT, withholding tax)
• Manage the direct and indirect tax reporting obligations
• Monitor and follow-up on tax payments / refunds
• Manage the transfer pricing matters
• Identify potential tax risks / assets for the Group
• Support in Tax Audits
• Support in Statutory and IFRS activities
• Collaborate with external partners, advisors and auditing companies
• Manage units’ Due Diligence and Finance Integration

To be successful in the role you must have

• Bachelor in Accounting, Finance and/or Tax Law or equivalent
• Experience in Polish tax legislation
• Knowledge in GAAP (i.e. local GAAP, IFRS and group directives)
• Knowledge and understanding of financial systems
• Financial analysis skills
• Fluency in English and Polish
