What You Will Do In Your Role
- Responsibility for Construction Services commercial business development and construction operations in the region aligned with the KES 5-Year Growth Vision
- Implement the business strategies to suit the specific construction markets within the region
- Oversight of Technical Sales, Estimating and Proposal Development
- Oversight of Construction Operations including the following disciplines o Construction Project Management o Site Construction Management and Supervision o Sub-Contracting (aligned with and supported by KES Asia Pacific Supply Chain capability) o Construction HSE (aligned with and supported by KES Asia Pacific HSE capability) o Construction QA / QC
- Capability build-out for all of the above as needed
