Executive, Plans
Job Purpose
The Executive will be responsible for strategic planning activities and functions of the taxi, private limousine, private bus and non-emergency medical transport businesses.
Responsibilities
The duties and responsibilities are as listed below. Note that the list is not comprehensive and related duties and responsibilities may be assigned from time to time.
- Prepare regulatory reports and management reports on operational and financial statistics.
- Assist in developing projects/plans for annual workplan and budget of the various business segments.
- Facilitate discussions among management and staff in formulating strategies and business plan to overcome challenges and achieve defined outcomes.
- Responsible for enterprise risk identification, assessment, monitoring and reporting.
- Conduct industry benchmarking, financial and operational analysis that drives towards actionable business insights.
- Develop strategy papers and reports on the performance of businesses, projects and initiatives and present such information to senior management.
- Provide secretariat support for meetings including preparing agendas and minutes
Qualifications & Work Experience
- A good tertiary degree in Business, Economics, Finance or Accounting or relevant field.
- Work experience in strategy, corporate planning and/or business planning functions will be advantageous
- Knowledge of the transportation industry.
- Strong written and oral communication skills to interact professionally across functional teams and multiple levels within the organization.
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
- Experience in Tableau, QilkSense, PowerBI and knowledge of scripting language (Python/IR) will be an advantage.
