As a customer relations professional, you will apply your expertise in property tax matters to enhance our business processes and deliver excellent customer service.

The result? Your mark of insight on property and tax matters to create long-term value for our stakeholders.

What you will be working on:

  • Handle taxpayers’ property tax related enquiries over the phone and email
  • Provide assistance to taxpayers on clarification of tax practices and application of tax concessions
  • Participate in projects to improve work practices and systems to raise productivity
  • Participate in tax audit exercises
  • Progress to technical tax work (review of appeals)

What we are looking for:

  • Degree in any discipline
  • Strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
  • Self-driven and motivated
  • Experience in customer service is preferred but not a must
  • Resourceful and able to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Ability to question, probe and analyse
