The candidate

We are looking for Cleaner to join our team on a permanent basis.

This role provides the opportunity to be part of a team that delivers a high standard of cleaning services that make a difference to our customers. We want to hear from individuals who have a natural flair with people. Communication is key in this role, as you will need to be confident and friendly to all our customers. You will need to understand the importance of maintaining high standards of quality and service and work in partnership with the housing and care teams to ensure the right service is delivered to people living in the extra care scheme. This role will involve working weekdays and alternate weekends.

It would be desirable that you have experience of working in a cleaning capacity and an understanding of the health and safety and regulatory requirements. Although not a requirement, evidence of working within an establishment that provides care and support to residents and service users would be advantageous. More importantly we are looking for someone who is flexible, keen to develop their skills and has a genuine desire to make difference.
