We have placement opportunity available for a temporary adminbased at Fitzwilliam House.

Location: Bracknell RG12 1JX
Pay: up to £19.96 per hour plus accrued holiday pay
Duration: until end of March 2022
The working hours for this role are full time and you would be required to work within Monday to Friday, 9:00 – 17:00 . We may consider part time candidates with minimum commitment 22,5 hours per week.
Please note, this role is based on site with some remote working. You must be able to attend on site.
Skilled admin needed for part- or full-time support to the Temporary Staffing Team who supports all non-medical temporary requirements throughout all divisions and staff groups within the Trust, as a Workforce Project Lead. Work will be completed remotely most of the time and must be done between Monday and Friday however there is flexibility on days/hours as needed for the right candidate.
This role will support 2 main projects:
- Agency liaison – supporting the requirements for mandated vaccinations for staff post 1st April, and monitoring of compliance with the bank provider
- Scoping and setting up a Reservist model – able to work collaboratively to clearly understand the roles that would be useful for our clinical services, develop and map out end to end resourcing, onboarding and booking processes
We are looking for following experience and qualifications:
- previous NHS experience is advantageous, but not essential
- experience from agency, recruitment, or HR
- confident communicator
- good attention to detail
- ability to manage stakeholders effectively
