The Role
We are looking for a confident post-production Digital Producer who will have experience in the methods, techniques, and processes involved in delivering projects in a creative, digital advertising environment, working and managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Delivering high-quality work on time is key to this role.

Live-action work is minimal (less than 5%). Work will primarily revolve around the production of video, static and playable ad campaigns, consisting of interactive components, motion graphics, video, animation, and illustration. This is an opportunity to be a part of a fast-paced, creative agency working across a plethora of impressive clients, such as Activision, Nike, Wizards of the Coast etc.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring feasibility.
  • Contribute to the creation of client contracts
  • Participate in sourcing and contracting 3rd parties to assist in the execution of projects.
  • Develop and manage project plans to track and communicate progress to all stakeholders until project completion.
  • Use and continually develop leadership skills by managing internal resources and third parties/vendors during the lifespan of projects.
  • Store and maintain comprehensive project documentation in line with business processes.
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within the scope, and within budget.
  • Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints when required.
  • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs if they arise.
  • Report Risks and Issues to the PMO to reduce impact and determine a mitigation strategy.
  • Escalate to management as needed.
  • Manage ongoing quality control and participate in quality issue resolution.
  • Continually assess that project goals and benefits are being met.
  • Provide regular project status reports.
  • Attend conferences and training as required to maintain proficiency.
  • Act as the main point of contact (POC) for the client on a daily basis.
  • Nurture, grow and maintain the client relationship, working closely with Client Services.
  • Coordinate with Sales and Client Services teams to take advantage of new business opportunities.
  • Develop and implement a good understanding of project management principles, methods, and techniques.
  • Essential Skills and Experience
  • Excellent organization skills.
  • Clear and concise communication.
  • Desire to work in a post-production environment (this role has minimal live production work)
  • Experience with the production of ad campaigns containing motion graphics, video, animation, and illustration.
  • 4 years+ in a Project Manager/Producer role.
  • Managing internal and external teams.
  • Experience in working with third parties and vendors.
  • Experience writing and reviewing contracts.
  • Managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Desirable Skills and Experiences
  • Qualified as a Project Management Professional (PMP) or Prince 2 Practitioner.
  • Marketing, digital or creative experience.
  • Exposure to blue-chip companies or high-end brands.
