We are currently working with a charity that support in the education and training sector. Last year they implemented a new CRM and have an established technical database team. They are now seeking a CRM Processes Officer to join the team and support them in defining process across the charity. You will be responsible for establishing new user lead processes with the support of the team and ensure there is consistency in the usage of the database by streamlining and defining internal process. This role will also involve an element of user training and upskilling across the charity.
This role would suit if you have good project management skills, excellent stakeholder engagement and are able to build solid relationships quickly with an interest in or previous experience of CRM’s and working with and supporting a database team. If you have previous experience of gathering business requirements and working with users to formulate new processes this would be ideal, but the ability to engage and work at all levels is the crucial element to this role along with a flair and interest in the world of data.
This role is for 6 months starting ASAP but there could be the possibility of an extension. They offer flexible working with 2 days in the office and 3 days remote (days can be spread over a month). Salary c35k with some potential movement for the right candidate.
