They are now looking for a talented CSR Compliance Manager to join their close knit team. This is a great opportunity for you to make this role your own and forge a niche. Your role will involve: Ensuring all products meet regulatory compliance requirements for intended country of sale (Europe, Australia and USA) Ensuring all products meet stringent quality standards (fitness for use, benchmark comparison, quality lab testing) Creating test plans and liaising with labs to agree pricing Completing pack copy, considering all regional legal requirements Reviewing of artwork, PP samples and production samples to ensure compliance Approving new suppliers, reviewing ethical audits (Sedex/BSCI) and maintaining supplier database Managing CSR schemes (such as FSC and BCI) and EU/UK Timber Regulations Liaising with manufacturers to obtain declarations/contracts confirming their ability to meet regulatory and quality compliance Identifying gaps in process between departments through and implement changes to minimise risk Reviewing final random inspections and issuing final approval on all orders before they ship Recruiting, managing and developing of junior team members Fulfilling and monitoring of all Corporate Responsibility requirements for each customer and licensor Department budget management, forecasting and approval of all payments Liaising with NPD, Project Management and Operations teams throughout all orders to ensure technical compliance Being the point of contact for our licensors’ and customers’ technologists and compliance representatives You will be the ideal candidate due to your: Solid experience within a similar role Degree in a related technical subject (preferred, but not essential) Working knowledge of interpreting Material Data Safety Sheet information, quality control systems, creating test plans and reviewing test reports Experience working with Far East/European production facilities/suppliers Knowledge of UK/European standards Ability to work as part of a team and independently This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly successful, forward thinking and fun organisation in a responsible role.
