It is a really exciting time to join the Reach family. Due to our sustained growth and our ambitious future growth plans, we are now looking for an experienced Customer Support Advisor to join us as part of our team.
In this home based role, you will provide administration support to the local field sales, events and Telesales representatives, managing our advert booking and fulfilment processes.
Key Responsibilities
What will the role involve?
- Providing administration support for all Commercial Teams
- Managing and processing bookings for multimedia campaigns
- Communicating with your assigned sales person to ensure all bookings are logged onto the system for upcoming weeks or months
- Liaising with clients to take payments and to ensure their adverts are designed to expectations
- Monitoring inboxes to ensure requests are actioned within SLA timescales
- Using industry standard systems to ensure bookings are processed and any queries are followed up in a timely manner
- Attending sales meetings, training or product roll outs as and when required
The Ideal Candidate
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a great Customer Support Advisor with previous experience in a sales support role.
Having knowledge of in house sales systems such as Salesforce would be an advantage. You will need to communicate effectively at all levels, manage your workflow and work independently.
An understanding of digital workflow from booking through to fulfilment is desirable but not essential.
