Do you possess strong customer service skills and have international freight experience? If the answer is YES, then this could be the new fixed term opportunity you have been looking for! Working in partnership with this prestigious client, we are currently recruiting an experienced Export Assistant to join their experienced team in Chippenham. You will be supporting the Export department in managing the company’s export and broader international business. The role: Order processing Support international forecasting data needs and coordination with customers Customer issues management Administer the tender process Manage and monitor international and UK Exporter mailboxes Liaise with Warehouse and 3PL service providers General administration Person specification: Previous export experience is essential Confident liaising with customers and 3PL’s Problem solver Pro-active and engaging approach Able to work to deadlines Excellent communication and organisation skills Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office Hours of work will be Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week, however the client offers hybrid working and flexible working hours.
