A great opportunity has arisen to join a rapidly expanding storage business in a newly created role as a Finance Manager. This role will report directly to the Group CFO and be responsible for a variety of duties including;

  • Completion of monthly management accounts
  • Management of the day-to-day operation of the accounts department ensuring the efficient and accurate running of the Sage 50 Accounts system
  • Liaising closely with senior leadership team acting as BP
  • Overseeing 1 direct report
  • Monthly close of ledgers and authorising supplier payments
  • Balance sheet reconciliations
  • Manage month end processes
  • VAT/Tax submissions
  • Cash flow forecasting
  • Produce monthly KPI reports
  • Complete historic reconciliations/auditing
  • Control FX exposure across the group
  • Management of all VAT/PAYE and Corp Tax related matters

Candidate profile;

  • Solid Sage Line 50 experience
  • CIMA/ACCA/ACA Qualified
  • Previous staff management experience
  • Advanced excel skills
