Finance Manager – Restaurant Chain

Client Details My client’s journey began back in 2020, with an aim of being able to deliver fast, casual dining, that is 100% plant-based. Initially renting a small kitchen in Brighton and launching a menu on Deliveroo, their impressive demand enabled them to take on a small site in in the very same city, and from there we started to make their name! From Brighton, they moved into London, and launched their first dark kitchen in Chelsea, before taking on another dark kitchen in Battersea and expanded their Deliveroo radius. This rapid growth, coupled with a huge online following and the intent of revolutionising and expanding the UK’s plant-based scene, allowing them to open stores in Wembley, followed by Shoreditch and Camden, with their flagship Soho store being open to the public by the end of the year. Description Key Responsibilities Full ownership of financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet and cashflow) including timely delivery of accurate monthly accounts in line with financial standards and group policy Manage, prepare and maintain company budget/cost projections and forecasts Provide strategic financial support and advice on new projects Develop and manage internal project financial re system Drive project financial control (invoicing, cost control) Profile Experience: Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with experience in management accounting and financial analysis and a minimum of 3 years post-qualified experience You will have experience in business partnering and be able to communicate with finance & non-finance stakeholders effectively and accurately You possess strong Excel and system skills You will need to be highly organised, meticulous, and hands-on and detail oriented Strong written and verbal communication You have these: Capable of working independently without being micro-managed.
