4 on / 4 off ‘Continental type’ shift pattern (6 – 6)

Reporting to the Line Leader / Shift Manager, your role will include:

• Setting up the packaging machines to meet the specific customer specifications.
• Oversee the lines with respect to weighing through to packing and to monitor quality the quality of the product packaging and packing whilst achieving targets and deadlines.
• Develop an understanding of the remaining lines and to be in a position to offer cover for the line leader in the event of absence.
• Carry out any other duties as requested by the Line Leader / Shift Manager
