We are seeking a Sport Assistant to work in a Front of House position in our facility to provide a safe and welcoming environment where every customer receives an excellent service.
The role is full time (37 Hours) and key duties include communicating with customer queries in person, over the phone and via email. A confident user of our Leisure Management Software you will process memberships and bookings whilst also providing an excellent service to all customer.
Sport Central has a swimming pool so it is essential you hold a nationally recognised Pool Lifeguard qualification or willing to gain within first 3 months of appointment.
The working hours for the role are Tuesday 06:36 – 14:30, Wednesday 10:36 – 18:30, Thursday 06:36 – 14:30, Friday 14:30 – 22:24, Sunday 14:30 – 22:24.
