We have an exciting opportunitywithin the Operations Excellence function – for an OMS Support professionalto join the Team.

We make promises to our customers, and we’ll make promises to you too. The key responsibilities in this role include;

• To support the work activities relating to First Choice OMS (Operations Management System) for Warehouse and Transport and the site providing effective guidance, communication, motivation, training and development and coaching for the workforce and Management.
• Execute against customer and business requirements and operational KPI’s
• To work in a safe manner
• Ensure all principles and elements of OMS are adhered to, in line with business KPI’s
• Supportingtraining, coaching and guidance, measuring success through audits
• Enforce and ensure adherence to Health and Safety policy / processes
• Enforce and ensure adherence to company policies, processes and operating systems
• Process paperwork and operate IT systems as required
• Accountable for delivering a high quality with customer focus and service levels
• Accountable for achieving site and departmental KPI’s, Ensuring 100% accuracy

• Experience of working within a supply chain environment – desirable
• Experience of working with Microsoft Office 365
• Previous experience of working with and bein part of a large team.
• The ability to build & maintain effectiverelationships
• Good communication skills (verbal and written)
