Operations Coordinator, Events and Experiences – Google

Minimum qualifications:

  • Experience in more than one tools and platforms including Google Workspace.
  • Experience with events marketing.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Ability to work independently with little supervision and effectively work with stressful situations.
  • Ability to take initiative.
  • Detail orientated, with the ability to proactively work across projects and operational requirements.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem solving skills including budget management and forecasting.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate closely with EMEA Events and Experiences Business Affairs Manager/Deal Desk to gain understanding of all key team projects/team and support operational requirements.
  • Manage a team budget and forecast, and manage deadlines/invoice alignment including problem-solve for related issues in financial tools.
  • Manage operational tickets for a team of temporary and vendor workers, overseeing and tracking requests via the relevant tools.
  • Oversee ethics and compliance follow ups on events, including responding to questions around budgeting, statements of work, travel and gifting, and sanction screenings of invite lists. Manage device ordering for events and oversee other tools related to internal Google events.
  • Coordinate tickets for privacy and security reviews, and oversee naming policy. Provide coordination and support the full time employees’ team meetings (e.g., agendas, notes, etc.).
