This job is easily commutable from anywhere in Tewkesbury, Northway, Mitton, Priors Park, Twyning, Bredon, Beckford, Stoke Orchard, Bishops Cleeve and the surrounding areas.

Roles & Responsibilities for Packing and Checking Operative
Carry out visual quality checks on small, light parts
Prepare and pack components ready for dispatch
Highlight quality issues or inconsistencies to the team leader
This can be a repetitive job so you’ll need to be able to concentrate for long periods of the day, always taking pride in the work you’re doing
Carry out any associated duties as needed
You’ll be joining a small team, so you’ll be welcomed and full training will be given
Skills & Experience for Packing and Checking Operative
You’ll ideally have some experience of working in a manufacturing environment or similar although we can consider applications from people with different experience who are capable of picking up the skills needed
You’ll need to be happy to operate light equipment
You will have a safe and courteous approach to work
This can be a fast-paced job, working with a high volume of products, so your experience of working in a similar environment will help
You’ll be willing to learn, self-motivated and committed to doing a great job
